The curse of being a social web addict, I tend to signup and try new things without actually thinking if I might actually use them. This among numerous different sites, including digg, delicious, mybloglog, etc. Not to mention with the constant linking that I have with my blog (and was much worse when my twitter updates were updating my facebook, glad I stopped that)
So does this mean I will stop signing up for websites with fun new services? God no, tis is just my routine of going through and cleaning out the services that I don't use in an attempt to make my presence online only what it would be. Me paranoid? maybe, but as I have mentioned, after finding a post I made in the newsgroups back in 1996 I am a little worried on what exists online. Hell, there's a lot of forum/blog comments that will forever exist unless the website goes down.
I guess that was one of the greatest things I have ever began using in 1997, handles, being able to hide your identity from others with just a simple screen name. Hmmm... I think I am on my fourth one right now.

I am looking at news and pictures of the new windows 'series 7' phones and I am so excited i'm like... actually... I'm not that excited. Since my first windows mobile phone back in 2005, I have been a fan, mainly because of syncing to outlook. Not many people I know use outlook to its full extent, with the exception to my mom, who is also a Windows Mobile fan.
I dropped outlook, and accepted Google as my new overlord, actually to the point of considering a Google phone. Yet AT&T never had one... Makes sense considering they bitch about people with iPhones using their service. The truth is I had given up on Windows Mobile... The touchscreen interface just sucks, and was slow as hell, causing me to revert back to a non-touchscreen windows mobile phone.
I guess I can thank Apple for their interface, because I knew it would forever change the cell phone interface forever, mainly because so many sheeple flock to them ("oooh, I have an iPhone! I am a techno-geek now!"). The new series 7 interface looks like how it should, easy to navigate and big enough for your fingers... fuck styluses. The 'what's happening now' and social networking integration is freakin' great, now I can catch up on all of my friend's twitter accounts that they don't have! Regardless, I think I will probably shoot for one when they come out at the end of 2010...
